The ‘leaves’ are ever so slightly heart shaped and two have old mine cut Diamond totalling 0.09 carats and the other two have a ruby and a sapphire.
The ruby is 0.06 carats and a lovely deep red colour and the Sapphire is 0.06 carats and dark blue.
The ring is made from 18 carat gold and is nice and weighty.
