The centre old cut Diamond is 0.08 carat and superb E/F colour.
There are two oval cut Rubies totalling 0.10 carats and a gorgeous pinky red.
It is made from 18 carat gold and has scrolled shoulders.
It has its original hallmarks inside the band and is in exceptional condition. I suspect it has spent most of its 130 year life sitting in a box.
